Campus Look Store Return & Refund Policy

At Campus Look Store, we create custom graduation stoles, personalized apparel, and merchandise designed to celebrate your achievements, organizations, and special moments.

Because many of our products are designed or produced specifically for each customer, please review this policy before placing an order.

Custom & Personalized Merchandise

Custom and personalized products are generally final sale once design or production work has begun.

This includes custom graduation stoles, T-shirts, jerseys, jackets, Greek-letter merchandise, personalized accessories, and other made-to-order products.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, or personal preferences after an order has been correctly produced according to the approved specifications.

This policy does not limit your rights if merchandise is defective, incorrect, not delivered, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection laws.

Design Approval & Customer Responsibility

Custom products may require a digital design mockup before production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the following information before approving their designs:

• Names, spelling, dates, and graduation years

• Colors, artwork, and design placement

• Sizes, quantities, and customization details

Once a design is approved, changes may not be possible.

If an error was included in the customer's submitted information or approved mockup and the product was manufactured correctly according to that approval, Campus Look Store is generally not responsible for complimentary replacements.

However, approval does not waive your rights regarding manufacturing defects or errors made by Campus Look Store.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

If customized design or production work has not started, the order may be canceled for a full refund.

Once customized design or production work has begun, cancellation requests may be declined because work has already been performed or materials committed.

Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law remain in effect, including those relating to shipment delays or failure to fulfill an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved specifications, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery whenever possible.

Email support@thecampuslookstore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the problem.

After reviewing the claim, Campus Look Store will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• A corrected replacement

• An exchange

• A refund to the original payment method

The resolution will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer rights.

When a return is required because of a verified Campus Look Store error or product defect, we will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

The 7-day reporting request does not eliminate rights available under applicable law.

Non-Custom, Ready-to-Ship Merchandise

For standard, non-personalized merchandise that is not marked final sale, return requests may be submitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Eligible products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with any original tags or packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on eligible change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless required by law.

Please contact us for authorization before shipping a return. Items sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method promptly and within applicable legal deadlines.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

We do not require customers to accept store credit in place of a monetary refund when a refund is required by law.

Shipping Delays & Undelivered Orders

If Campus Look Store cannot ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide an update and the available options, including cancellation and a full refund when required by law.

An order that is never fulfilled is not treated as a completed final sale.
