🚫 No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including but not limited to:

Line shirts
Customized jerseys
Personalized or custom chapter merchandise
Made-to-order items

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

🔄 Store Credit & Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, you are eligible for a store credit or exchange under these conditions:

You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
You must provide photos of the defect or issue for review.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for issues reported more than 72 hours after delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
