📜 Campus Look Store – Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 26,2025

Welcome to Campus Look Store, operated by KimprintZ Quality Print Shop LLC. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:

1️⃣ Orders & Payment

  • All orders require 100% payment upfront before production begins. No exceptions.

  • We accept credit card, ACH transfer, and PayPal.

  • Rush orders must be approved in writing and will incur a separate rush fee, invoiced prior to production.

2️⃣ Production & Shipping

  • Production timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Campus Look Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges. We cover shipping on verified defective items only.

3️⃣ Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • Eligible items may be exchanged or credited if reported within 72 hours of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

  • Custom items, including line shirts, jerseys, and chapter merchandise, are not eligible for refund or exchangeunless defective.

4️⃣ Intellectual Property

  • All designs and artwork are the exclusive property of KimprintZ Quality Print Shop LLC dba Campus Look Store.

  • Products are licensed through Affinity Licensed Products / Collegiate Licensing Corporation.

  • Designs and products may not be reproduced, copied, or recreated by any party.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders that include abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content, especially if it conflicts with our licensing agreements.

5️⃣ Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campus Look Store’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our products.

6️⃣ Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes, claims, or legal actions will be resolved exclusively in the city of Huntington Beach, California.

  • Any attempt to wrongfully dispute payments (“chargebacks”) will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action to recover funds to the fullest extent of the law.

7️⃣ Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer, including those engaging in fraudulent transactions, abusive conduct, or behavior that compromises our brand or licensing agreements.

8️⃣ Policy Changes

  • Campus Look Store may update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to future orders.
